Sesame Street takes on Star Wars

How great is this?

The characters are all creatively named as foods (Luke Piewalker, Flan Solo, and Only One Cannoli, just to name a few) AND kids can learn a valuable lesson about self-control. The Star Wars references are fun enough for the kids, who I am assuming have never seen the movies, and also perfect for the parents as well. I am not a parent, but I bet listening to this on repeat would be more appreciated than watching another wacky Yo Gabba Gabba episode again.

While we are educating the children of today about Star Wars references, the video below is an oldie but a goodie. A PSA about How to talk to your Kids about Star Wars.

May the force be with you.

  1. Now I really want to eat a Millennium Falcon-sized s’more.

  2. flanny says:

“Flan Solo” is the title of my collection of essays about my single life.

  3. That millennium falcon s’more looks like it was made with chocolate chip cookies instead of graham crackers, which means that from now on, I’m only interested in making s’mores with chocolate chip cookies instead of graham crackers. Still learning things from Sesame Street!
