So This Is A Selfie Sombrero

Just when I thought I was out, THEY PULL ME BACK IN.  Electronics maker Acer and designer Christian Cowan-Sanluis have joined forces for London Fashion Week to give us this glittery, pink monstrosity.  Once you’ve finished putting on perfume and brushing your hair, the next logical step is to don this festive headgear, fitted with an Iconia A1-840, and snap a pic of yourself.  If you’re lucky enough to be in the UK this week, Acer is letting curious parties make reservations to try it on.  (Gnidrah, if you’re out there, please consider this).

Real question: Is that shirt made of cotton candy?

The selfie sombrero will pair perfectly with the selfie sarape I’m designing.

Wouldn’t this thing be too heavy to actually wear? It would just fall right off your head from the weight of the camera on one side only. That must be why the model has to hold on to the other side of the brim. They should add a chin strap. I am just here to help you designers!!!

Guys, it even comes with a hat for your phone. I don’t know why I think this is so funny, but come on!
