What better way to celebrate life than wander around the English countryside dressed as a watermelon?
Note: I label this “ART” because the production value is slightly higher than most youtube videos and also I found it on an artsy website.

If you tend to watch videos on mute, may I suggest watching this one with the Jessica Simpson version of “I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus” playing in spotify. Start the video about twenty seconds into the song, and it syncs up really nice!
No watermelon is that pink. I call shenanigans.
This was made by British people. Do they even have watermelons?
Yeah, but they call them hydromelouns.
Then they spit the pits at each other, just like kids do in America, but they divide into teams, Elders vs Youngers, and they call them pitts. (Best joke, or best joke ever?)
What a fruit.
But really, shouldn’t all videos include a CGI watermelon flying through the air?
Sure. Add that to the Eric Garner video and let me know what kind of response you get.
Glorious. I’m pretty sure I’ll be singing this song all day.
It’s been stuck in my head for the past two days. Surprisingly, I’m ok with that.
Two comments:
1) You can’t make me watch that whole thing
2) That bizarre outfit made me more aware of the gorgeous scenery
Yeah, the contrast with the costume really made the landscape stand out. So…small artistic win in that respect, I guess? Maybe national parks should start making ads with people in weird fruit outfits.
I kept watching even when I wanted to stop just because wherever he is…I want to go to there.
