They don’t build ’em like they used to…
So wait, in a usual bridge explosion, is the plan just to let all the rubble fall into the river? That seems like a little too much unnecessary pollution…
I was thinking the same thing. They are spending years taking apart the old Bay Bridge to San Francisco because just dynamiting it would cause, you know, obvious problems.
(Haha, they also have to keep halting the dismantling because endangered birds nest in the girders during egg-laying season. There’s a new bridge right next door but the birds don’t like it. Maybe don’t be so finicky about where you lay eggs, birds, and you won’t be so endangered!)
It’s almost like birds don’t read these blog comments. Rude. We have all their problems solved.
It’s weird because blog comments are FOR the birds. Get it? You get it.
