It’s 2018! Let’s Dance!

Well, almost. Happy New Year, and posting will resume on Tuesday. I’ll be sending off 2017 by huddling under a blanket because the weather’s going to be vile.

I’m in Orlando right now and it’s freezing by Orlando terms. Like hat, scarf, mittens, and coat freezing. So I can only imagine the joy that is the Northeast right now.

I’m spending New Year’s at home alone with my dog, unless I can get my adorable probably-single neighbor to come have a glass of champagne with me.

Happy New Year to all of you great people!

I finally get my new glasses tomorrow and that’s basically all I have planned for the weekend at this point. I will probably see if any of my friends are doing something for New Years but if not I will probably just play video games and go to bed early.

Happy New Year! I just got back from seeing a Star War and now I don’t plan on leaving my apartment again for years and years because the snow is too gross to drive in. Although it sure is pretty.

“seeing a Star War” makes me laugh

If you’re looking for a show to binge, Travelers on Netflix is very good! I’m watching season 2 right now.

Thanks, I’m always looking for new shows! Right now I’m in season 2 of Halt and Catch Fire which is so good, except it doesn’t really pass the Bechdel-Wallace test until late in the first season, which even then is better than most geek shows. The writing is great; the direction and production value is on a par with a movie.

Just watched The Crown season 2 and Broadchurch season 3, both good, and something else I can’t remember! That always happens to me.

Oh yeah–JEAN-CLAUDE VAN JOHNSON on Amazon! I love it so much. Does not pass BW test at all but I can’t help myself.

I stopped watching Halt in S2 but I don’t know why, I should go back to it. I burned through Travelers and now I’m watching Ryan Hansen Solves Crime on Television (it’s a YouTube Red show) and it’s incredibly funny. From what I’ve seen of the Jean-Claude previews, they might have a similar tone. I’ll check out JCVJ.
