It has been a long, long, long, long week, my friends. Take care of yourselves this weekend, and tell me about your plans.
…I don’t know why the gif isn’t working and I’m too lazy to fix it, so please enjoy Jason’s Mendoza frozen in time.
This has been a very long week. I had to work at a booth at an expo on Wednesday and had to be at the office at 6:30 in the morning. Now we just have one more baseball game tomorrow before my son decides whether or not he will ever play it again. (His lack of enthusiasm at the last practice may be foreshadowing!)
And after that, I don’t really want to do anything else. But it’s Solstice Saturday at the Smithsonian, with a street festival and museums staying open until midnight and about 50 different free events (https://www.si.edu/solsticesaturday) so I might have to rally for that!
And I can’t post Mr. Daft without posting Mr. Punk (that’s their names, right?)!
Ooh, if you do go please tell us about the weirdest things you saw.
I had dinner at Cheers last night and a beer at the Good Will Hunting bar today. What more is left for me in this life?
Did you like them apples?
I used to live so close to there. I miss it!
