So, How Was Your Day?

I AM THE WORST, I’M SORRY. Please ignore the delay and tell me how your day was. Yesterday was my birthday, so you can’t be mad at me.

Happy birthday! How did you celebrate?

We missed your birthday? Oh no…

I unknowingly celebrated it by waiting for a new fridge to be delivered. And when I say new, I mean used and dented and missing a shelf. My apartment comes with a fridge, see, and the old one failed, so per the lease they gotta replace it — which they do as cheaply as possible. Anyway the new one is very cold — wintery, even (see what I did there?).

Happy Birthday Theresa! I hope it was as fun as whatever is making Chris Evans so happy in this gif 🙂

I didn’t have time to write about my day yesterday because I was too busy living it, but it was a great one! My friends and I took the afternoon off because DIE HARD was playing on the big screen. We had lunch, saw Die Hard, then for some reason immediately ate dim sum after. Die Hard holds up so well. I always forget how funny it is, too. Watching in a movie theater is great because so many details are more obvious and you can really appreciate the cinematography. It’s such a tight film, there’s no filler and every shot has a purpose. What a classic.
